"Doing my level 5 LST is giving me the opportunity to progress as a teacher for adults in further education. From what I have learnt, I have been able to change my teaching approach to support learners. I am fully supported with regular sessions to go through theory as well as 1:1 sessions monthly to go through work and progress"
