CPD Courses

MUCH MORE THAN JUST APPRENTICESHIPS

As well as Early Years Apprenticeships, Puffins Training offers a range of qualification, apprenticeship and CPD courses where the training is bespoke to the Early Years workforce.

We can deliver CPD courses at workplaces, remotely via Zoom and in our training centre in Exeter.

If an apprenticeship is not for you, but you want an early years qualification, then we also offer stand alone L2 or L3 diplomas.

Continuing Professional Development

Paediatric First Aid Training
We have accredited trainers that can deliver both 6 hour and 12 hour paediatric first aid courses.
Safeguarding
We can deliver a range of safeguarding courses, from half day inductions to a 5 day L2 Certificate in Understanding Safeguarding and Prevent.
Bespoke training
We can train staff in a range of topics relevant to early years - SEND, maths in early years, working with babies, behaviour management and many others. Face to face or Zoom sessions can be held, at times to suit you.
Qualification Courses
We offer the stand alone L2 diploma for the Early Years Practitioner, L3 diploma for the Early Years Educator and the L3 Certificate in assessing vocational achievement. Check out our stand alone qualifications.
